We keep this side of the practice deliberately narrow. We do the private client work that sits naturally alongside residential property and we do it properly, rather than listing twenty practice areas we could only cover superficially. Where a matter needs a specialist — contested probate, financial remedy proceedings on divorce, complex tax planning, contested possession litigation — we say so at the first meeting and point you to one.
Everything here is handled by a qualified solicitor, on a fixed fee wherever the work can sensibly be fixed, and with the same written-first approach we take on a conveyancing file: you get advice you can re-read, not a phone call you half remember.
