We aim to make both this website and our legal service usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
Standards we work to
This site is built to aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. That means semantic headings, meaningful link text, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, text that reflows at 400% zoom, and full keyboard operability.
Motion on this site is decorative and respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting. If you have that preference enabled, animations are suppressed.
Reasonable adjustments
We will make reasonable adjustments so that you can instruct us and understand our advice. That includes documents in large print, plain-text or coloured paper, telephone or video appointments instead of attendance at the office, extra time in meetings, and arranging for an interpreter or signer where needed.
Where a client has difficulty reading documents, we will read and explain them, and where capacity is in question we follow the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
